He’s gained a breadth of experience across industries such as Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Publishing, Scientific Research, and Finance. His clients have ranged in size from startups to Fortune 10 and include familiar names such as Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Best Buy, Target, Sherwin Williams, Disney, Scholastic, and Capital One.
Matt speaks at Lean, Agile, and Product conferences every year and has been invited to present on topics such as Product Management, Business Agility, Organization Design, Modern Leadership, and Systems Thinking.
Matt lives in northeast Ohio. He and his family own and operate a small stable with 20 horses and apply permaculture and lean principles to various small-batch homesteading endeavors.
