For almost 20 years, Shawna’s career has focused on operations and business management, specifically for small businesses. She is a recognized leader with the ability to successfully identify and create ideas and see them through execution to enhance and streamline processes. Prior to devoting her work to Operations Management, she was a chef and attended cooking school in New York. Operations was a natural progression from cooking as they both share the same philosophy of “mise en place” – everything in its place.
Shawna lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a cat. She loves to travel, host dinner parties, and bike around the Bay Area.
