Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Industrial Logic Canada, Jeff “Cheezy” Morgan has been coaching teams and teaching classes on Agile and Lean development techniques since early 2000. Most of his work has been focused on the engineering practices used by developers and testers, but also coaching management and leadership on valuing these technical practices that teams adopt. For the past few years he has experienced great success and recognition for his work focused on Continuous Delivery.
As Founder and CTO of startups, he brings leadership experience for agile organizations that aim to have awesome employees and awesome clients. He has authored several popular Ruby gems used by software testers and is the author of the book, Cucumber & Cheese.

Ardita is a passionate coach, trainer and change agent, experienced in Product Management, Business improvement and Lean Startup. Starting her career as a software engineer, she worked with teams that pushed edges of technology and won awards. Taking the mentor and leader stance, she found that success came when business and technology worked closer together.
Ardita has 20 years of experience working with many organization of different types (from startup to government), different markets (insurance, banking, retail, entertainment, etc) and different sizes. She has worked with many leaders to find innovative and collaborative ways for their organizations to increase customer satisfaction and build successful businesses.
With a vision for using technology as a competitive advantage, and understanding the need for organizations to become leaders by disrupting markets, she founded Industrial Logic Canada offering professional services with focus on continuous delivery.
