The Product Prioritization & Forecasting module teaches participants how to frame better questions around “when will it be done?”. Attendees also learn Benefits Mapping, a hands-on technique to discover and create alignment between user and business objectives, which also functions as a prioritization model. Finally, a practical approach to estimating is covered with techniques such as reference class sizing, using historical percentile data, Monte Carlo simulation, and the creation of confidence intervals when no historic data is available.
