Product Identification and Taxonomy

The Product Identification and Taxonomy module is for people interested in moving their organization in a more product oriented direction. It teaches participants how to identify what their organization’s products, platforms, and shared services are, and how to organize around them. The course also disambiguates related terms and concepts to give participants the beginning of a shared language for product oriented organizational change.
