Matt Snyder is an experienced agile coach, builder of high-performing software teams, and bridge between business and technology. Snyder’s experiences include being a software developer at an industry-leading user experienceSaaS company, a leader of the digital transformation of a legacy healthcare back-office system, and managing product delivery teams for multiple well-respected consulting firms. As an agile coach Snyder has delivered everything from Agile 101 to Advanced TDD courses. His focus on collaboration and automation led to a reduction in cycle time from 24 days to 5 days for a medium-sized tech company that required adherence to CIS20 and HIPAA. Snyder’s passion for technology and community building also led him to found multiple tech communities such as the Cleveland Ruby Brigade and Cleveland Riak.

Matt enjoys being a catalyst for the growth of boy’s volleyball in Ohio, organizing bourbon tastings as an Executive Bourbon Steward, and making things out of wood with lasers and CNCmachines. But, most importantly, Matt enjoys creating life experiences with his wife and twin sons.
