Industrial FaST Agile

Industrial FaST Agile

Fluid Scaling Technology combines Open Space Technology and Open Allocation to create a lightweight, simple to understand, and simple to master method for organizing people around work - that scales.

Working in collaboration with FaST Agile founder Quinton Quartel, Paige Watson was part of the creation of FaST and is one of the few FaST trainers in the industry today. He provides an activity-based workshop geared at deeply understanding Fluid Scaling Technology (FaST). It will cover the what, why and how of FaST, including how to start and common pitfalls to avoid.
