Antony Marcano

Senior Consultant

Antony has 20 years of industry experience, 15 years of which, in agile and lean methods. His extensive experience includes company-wide agile transformations, agile coaching, process reengineering, and software development. His advice and coaching have contributed to his clients achieving up to 80% reductions in delivery cycle times. His unique breadth of experience means that he is as comfortable advising C-level executives as he is mentoring technical teams. Antony was co-creator of the project, an unedited screencast of pair programming sessions with Andy Palmer. has been the subject of two Ph.D. studies into pair-programming. Antony has also held the post of Technical Editor at Better Software magazine, is a regular industry lecturer on agile methods for Oxford University’s post-graduate degree course and is a contributor to books such as Software Craftsmanship Apprenticeship Patterns, Agile Coaching, Bridging the Communication Gap and Agile Testing. Antony lives with his family near London, UK.
