Length of Program: Guided eLearning is formatted to fit within a busy workweek. We work with your teams to agree on a set of topics and schedule for each cohort, which is typically 1-hour or 2-hour sessions once or twice a week for 2 to 4 months or more. The important thing is that the team set the pace at which they would like to advance their expertise.

Coaching Sessions: Industrial Logic’s trainer conducts the weekly sessions and between classes, instructors are available for questions and feedback directly via email and during office hours.

Homework: Much of the homework uses Industrial Logic’s eLearning platform, which augments the participant’s experience with informative videos, quizzes, and peer engagement. Homework typically require as much time outside class as was spent in class.
