Kelley is passionate about producing excellent software to meet real customer needs, as fast as possible. He helps teams learn about their customers faster, shorten feedback loops, and eliminate bottlenecks & friction. He has 20 years of software development experience, in roles including engineer, architect, manager, director, owner, consultant, and Lean/Agile coach. Since diving into XP in 2002, he has helped organizations use Agile methods as a competitive advantage, by empowering mangers, developers, and testers with a palette of options, pros & cons, examples, and recommendations. He’s developed software for scientific instrumentation, nanotechnology, semiconductors, solar energy, automotive diagnostics, education, investment, real estate, and music. He has contributed to Industrial Logic’s eLearning courses since 2004. He is a certified SEI Software Architecture Professional, with an interest in software product line architectures. Kelley has a B.S. in Physics, a B.A. in Math/Economics, a long list of computer science courses, and three patents for software in nanotechnology.
