Industrial Logic offers both instructor-led workshops and interactive, web-based learning products.
Customization
Individual workshops may be customized using Industrial Logic's Activity Catalog. Additional preparation time and fees may apply if new curriculum must be developed to meet requirements. For additional information on customized workshops, contact training[at]industriallogic[dot]com.
Registration and Enrollment
Registration must be completed prior to engaging in either an instructor-led workshop or web-based course.
Registration and enrollment confirmation will only be provided once proof of payment is received. Authorized methods of payment are specified during the ordering process and may include credit card, company check or purchase order.
Cancellations and Refunds
Instructor-led workshops
Cancellations for instructor-led workshops must be received twenty (20) business days in advance of the first day of the workshop in order to receive a full refund. All other cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of total workshop fees cancelled.
Industrial Logic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule instructor-led workshops at any time. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify participants of a cancellation as soon as possible, and to reschedule the workshop. In the unlikely event a workshop must be rescheduled or cancelled, Industrial Logic will not be liable for any associated travel or lodging expenses.
Web-based learning products
No refunds or exchanges will be given for cancellation associated with any web-based learning product. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us; please let us know if our products have fallen short of your expectations of value and we will do our best to earn your satisfaction.
Playing cards
If our playing cards don’t meet or exceed your expectations within the first 90 days of use, contact us with the approximate date of your order and the issues you are experiencing. If we can’t resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will refund the cost of the cards in question (less any shipping or handling fees).
